Terms and Conditions for CoachSys

1. Introduction
Welcome to CoachSys, a service provided by CGIT, designed for coaching and training centers to manage their academic resources and payment systems. By using this platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions
• “Platform” refers to CoachSys, including its features, applications, and services.
• “User” refers to any individual or organization using the platform, including students, coaches, admins, and training center staff.
• “Student” refers to any user enrolled in a course offered by the training or coaching center using the platform.
• “Admin” refers to the authorized personnel of a training or coaching center responsible for managing subscriptions, student payments, and other administrative functions.
• “Subscription” refers to the fee paid by the Admin to maintain access to the platform and its services.
• “Company” refers to CGIT, the provider of the CoachSys.

3. User Accounts
• Student Accounts: Students are required to register and create a personal account to access academic resources, make payments, and track their progress. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure the accuracy of their information.
• Admin Accounts: Admins representing a coaching or training center must register and create an account for managing student payments, viewing financial records, and paying the center’s subscription fees.

4. Platform Features
• Student Access: Students can log in to access learning materials, assignments, schedules, and other resources provided by their coaching or training center. Students may also pay their fees through the platform.
• Admin Dashboard: Admins can monitor student payments, generate payment reports, and make payments for their subscription fees to the platform.

5. Payment Terms
• Student Payments: Students can make payments for courses, subscriptions, or any other services through the platform’s integrated payment system. All fees must be paid in full by the due dates specified by their coaching or training center.
• Admin Subscriptions: Coaching and training centers are required to pay a recurring subscription fee to access the platform. Failure to make subscription payments on time may result in restricted access to the platform.

6. Fees and Charges
• Service Fees: The platform may charge transaction fees or service fees for payment processing or additional services. These fees will be clearly communicated to both students and admins before any transactions.
• Subscription Fees: Subscription fees for Admins are outlined in the pricing section on the platform and are subject to periodic changes.|

7. Refunds and Cancellations
• Student Refunds: Refund policies for students are determined by the individual coaching or training center. The platform is not responsible for processing refunds.
• Subscription Cancellations: Admins may cancel their subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription term.

8. User Responsibilities
• Accurate Information: Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information on the platform. The company is not liable for any damages resulting from inaccurate information.
• Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws when using the platform.
• Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any unauthorized use of a user’s account should be reported immediately to the platform.

9. Intellectual Property
All content provided by CoachSys, including software, designs, text, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of CGIT. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal or institutional purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability
CGIT is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruptions, or financial losses.

11. Termination
CGIT reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these Terms and Conditions. Users whose accounts are terminated for violations are not entitled to refunds.

12. Modifications to Terms
CGIT reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or a notification within the platform. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
